Me & my approach:

Planning for a successful retirement can be confusing, so I am passionate about making things as simple as possible. I try to take the jargon and complexity out of the often confusing financial services industry, so that my clients can enjoy the Bright Future that they desire.

I always start the planning process by getting to know my clients, both financially and personally, to truly understand what matters to them. From there, we work together to set their individual and/or financial goals, and develop strategies to achieve these.

Having worked in finance for the past 20 years & in financial planning for 18+ years, I’ve seen the impacts of recessions and major market crashes, like the 2008 global financial crisis and COVID19. That’s why planning for both the good & the bad times is fundamental to the advice I provide.

Since joining State Super Financial Service/Stateplus/Aware Super in 2010, I have built a strong knowledge of both NSW and Commonwealth defined benefit schemes such as State Super Scheme (SSS), State Authorities Super Scheme (SASS), Police Super Scheme (PSS), Commonwealth Super Scheme (CSS) and Public Super Scheme (PSS). I also have a good understanding of the large industry funds and the more recent public sector schemes such as First State Super/Aware Super, QSuper/Australian Retirement Trust and the Public Sector Super Accumulation Plan (PSSap).
